We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organisation's IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information technology, with expertise in server management, information security, and disaster recovery. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the IT team, managing projects, and implementing best practices to enhance our technological capabilities.
Responsibilities： - Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring effective supervision of team members. - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and networking equipment, including Cisco routers. - Implement and manage remote access software to facilitate secure connections for remote employees. - Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and systems. - Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices to protect organisational assets. - Manage DHCP services to ensure efficient IP address allocation within the network. - Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to maintain optimal operation. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT services. Qualifications： - Proven experience in an IT management role or similar position. - Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices. - Proficiency in server management and network administration. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on information security. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications in IT management or networking are desirable.
