Senior Digital Marketing Executive | Entertainment Sector | £41,000 | Hybrid (Central London 2 days, remote 3 days) This is a high‑impact role for a commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys joining the dots across channels and turning data into meaningful performance gains. You’ll sit at the centre of multi‑channel digital activity within the entertainment sector, working closely with agencies and internal teams to drive performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates, with exposure to SEO and tracking at scale. Why you would want this role • Work in a fast‑growing entertainment business with real scale and variety, • Take ownership of cross‑channel digital performance rather than a single specialist silo, • Play a key role in testing, optimisation and measurement strategy, • Build strong relationships with agencies and senior stakeholders, • Enjoy a hybrid working pattern that genuinely supports work‑life balance What you’ll be doing • Coordinating digital activity across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates, • Managing agency relationships and ensuring campaigns run accurately and on time, • Owning the cross‑channel testing roadmap and optimisation activity, • Consolidating performance reporting and turning data into actionable insight, • Supporting SEO initiatives and ensuring alignment with wider digital strategy, • Overseeing tracking and tagging implementation to maintain data accuracy, • Working cross‑functionally to ensure digital activity supports wider marketing objectives What we’re looking for • 2 to 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, agency or in‑house, • Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta) and Affiliate marketing, • Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, • Experience supporting testing frameworks and optimisation strategies, • Knowledge of tracking and tagging using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, • Highly organised, detail driven and confident managing multiple stakeholders Salary: £41,000 Location: Central London, 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote Contract: Permanent, full‑time
