This role is available on either a full time, or part time basis where you will join a highly collaborative team based in Bristol City Centre. This is a stand-alone, key commercial marketing role, focused on building and optimising a high-performing demand generation engine. You will be responsible for driving high-quality inbound leads, improving conversion rates, and ensuring marketing activity directly supports revenue growth. The role is supported by a freelance Marketing Executive who focuses on brand identity and creative activity, allowing you to concentrate on performance and revenue impact Whats Available To You Salary: £38,000 £45,000 DOE (pro rata for part-time) Hybrid working (1 day per week from home) 30 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (Rising after 3 years) Flexible working pattern (4 or 5 days per week) Private Medical Dental Pension About the Role of B2B Demand Generation Manager As a B2B Demand Generation Manager / Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end demand generation activity, ensuring marketing campaigns consistently deliver high-quality leads and support revenue growth. You will work closely with commercial teams to align activity with business priorities, while leading performance-driven acquisition, conversion, and optimisation initiatives. Owning and developing B2B demand generation strategy from first touch to MQL handover Driving high-quality lead generation through paid, organic, and content-led channels Managing and optimising LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to improve ROI and lead quality Building and improving nurture journeys, lead scoring, and funnel performance Developing SEO, content distribution, and email marketing activity to support inbound growth Monitoring performance, reporting on results, and using data to continuously improve campaigns What You Will Bring This opportunity will suit a performance-driven marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, 24+ years experience in B2B digital or demand generation marketing Proven success in lead generation and paid acquisition Strong experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads Hands-on experience with SEO and content-led growth Demonstratable experience in delivering; Increased volume of high-quality MQLs and improved MQL-to-SQL conversion rates Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance metrics Experience collaborating closely with commercial teams Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability If you are a commercially minded B2B marketing professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence growth and performance, please apply.
