Your main responsibilities will be: Empowering customers and help them find the right product to complete the sale, must have previous experience and knowledge of selling Creating a positive experience when customers come in-store, helping with styling, offering advice, small talk etc. Build meaningful relationships with our customers, particularly those who are buying and selling through us through your outstanding communication skills Opening and closing the store Maintaining high store standards and stock replenishment Keeping spreadsheets up to date on sales, enquiries, consignment pieces etc. Steaming and cleaning items where needed Managing online sales and deliveries Be creative with visual merchandise Keeping up communication with our sellers Come up with fresh new ideas on how to develop sales in-store and online!
