Bristol-based tattoo artist is seeking a self-sufficient & highly organised assistant to help with client communications, tattoo bookings & Social Media Posting. Requirements - Proven experience & expertise in managing professional social media accounts on TikTok and Instagram - Experience using Social media planning platforms such as Later and Preview. - Proven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Excellent organisation skills - Familiarity with the tattoo industry (preferred but not essential) Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a PA or social media management role - Understanding of social media analytics and ability to generate reports - Experience using Notion - Experience using Calendly About the role This role is flexible hybrid-remote with the potential for the vast majority of hours to be worked at home. Being based in Bristol is ideal but not absolutely necessary. Working hours between 2-10 hours per week with an average of 3.5 hours per week. Working hours will be flexible, vary week from week, and depend largely on the current workload of the artist - this must also fit with the successful candidate’s lifestyle.
