We are currently recruiting for a hands on Chef Manager to work with us at amazing workplace site in Bristol. Location: BS10 7SD Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 08:00am- 4pm, predominately Monday-Friday, but will be managing team over 7 days operation, occasional weekend shifts may be required, flexibility is required Key Responsibilities: • To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus, • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations, • To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers, • You will be responsible for a small team of 11, • Responsible for HSEFS including records and training of on-site team, • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard, • Daily System bookwork and stock take recording, • Provide feedback and coaching on performance, • To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
