This Role You’ll take ownership of UK sales strategy and delivery, leading and growing a small, high-performing team while driving growth across the dealer, distributor, fit-out and workspace design network. Key responsibilities: • Define and deliver national sales plans and commercial targets., • Strengthen and expand dealer and channel partnerships across the UK., • Win new business within the office furniture, interiors, and corporate wellbeing markets., • Partner with marketing and product teams to launch new products. About You • Proven B2B sales experience in workplace furniture, contract furniture, office interiors, or wellbeing solutions., • Success managing dealer, distributor, or fit-out sales networks., • Background in design-led manufacturing or workplace solutions., • Strategic and consultative selling style with strong relationship-building skills., • Leadership experience – able to mentor, motivate and deliver results., • Based within a commutable distance of Bristol HQ (2–3 days per week).
