The Role We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity across both national campaigns and local franchise growth. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance across multiple channels, working closely with both Head Office and individual franchisees. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing is data-driven, scalable, and delivering measurable results across the entire AIMS network. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimise Google Ads (PPC), SEO and paid social campaigns, • Drive lead generation performance across the AIMS network, • Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, CPL, conversions), • Support and advise franchisees on local marketing strategy and activity
