Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Operative / Fabric Technician Location: TN24 Ashford Kent - Retail Units Pay: £25.04 per hour umbrella PAYE / £19.23 per hour PAYE Hours: Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week, 8 - 5pm Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative / Fabric technician with basic HVAC knowledge and strong general building maintenance skills. You do not need to be a fully qualified engineer. If you can adjust wall controls, change filters and belts, and carry out basic fault-finding, that's a bonus but not essential.The ideal person is practical, proactive, and confident, completing day-to-day fabric and plumbing tasks across a commercial site.
