This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex refurbishment schemes, including high-rise residential, retrofit, and listed/heritage buildings. The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead on Design & Compliance across refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, Gateway requirements, and PAS 2035/2038 standards, embedding regulatory assurance, safety, and quality at every stage. You will act as the central compliance lead across procurement and delivery, identifying regulatory, contractual, and design risks early and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
