Hi, I recently started The Pemmican Project with the goal to create clean, healthy, fully animal based foods for everyone. The tasks are primarily packaging, labelling, production and shipping of product. A major part of the job involves handling food so a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is required and ideally experience with working with food products. Additional tasks will involve everything from adding stickers and labels to product, packaging, running errands, laundry, housekeeping etc. Most of the work will take place from my apartment in Moorgate but will soon move to a full time facility in Bethnal Green.
