About the Role As a cleaning staff member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and quality in various settings, including mainly residential homes, and sometimes commercial property's or Airbnbs. This role involves: Performing cleaning tasks to high standards, with attention to detail and reliability. Communicating efficiently with our team regarding schedules, shifts, and availability. If you’re not reliable, this won’t be the right fit — our clients expect consistency and trust. Must hold a full UK licence and able to drive with supplies and equipment. Must be able to travel to local jobs in the following locations, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Rayleigh, Wickford, Basildon, and Southend Plus few surrounding areas. Must speak fluent English and good communication skills Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing a top quality service. Must be reliable, our clients depend on us to always show up on time. Flexibility to work varying hours. Compensation Starting at £13 per hour, with the potential up to £14 per hour. Payment will be made weekly, on the following Monday of the week previously worked. IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Pixie perfect are looking for highly motivated reliable cleaners to join our team. Monday-Friday hours ranging from 8-5 MUST DRIVE as have clients in most areas, will consider non drivers depending on area you live so please when apply state whether you drive or not Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. Immediate start £12.50ph you only get paid for the times your in the houses. If you work alone you claim all hours if you double up which means you get more houses done in a day you share the hours but end up doing more due to being two of you. Full explanation will be given before candidate starts. Childcare needed in school holidays, but will negotiate days off to work around the childcare Uniform supplied, if candidate leaves within 3 months then uniform will have to be paid for due to the uniform having your name on it. Also contribution towards fuel money for drivers. You will be supplied will all materials and equipment.
