If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations, this role is perfect for you!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nProduct Management: Upload new products and pricing information to internal systems and the website.\nOrder Processing: Create and process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) accurately.\nCustomer Records: Maintain up-to-date customer records, order details, and product information.\nWholesale Support: Assist in merchandising for wholesale customers by preparing and sending product information to suppliers.\nSales Support: Help track order progress for product launches and deliveries in collaboration with the Sales Representative.\nCommunication: Liaise with teams in China regarding production schedules and minimum order quantities\nDocumentation: Prepare customer-specific order information, labels and barcode details as needed.\nMarketing Administration: Support product uploads, images, and data updates for marketing initiatives. \n\nYour Responsibilities Will Also Include:\n\nFollowing up on customer samples and approvals.\nPreparing quotes and proposals for wholesale customers.\nHandling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, stock availability, and delivery schedules.\nRegularly communicating with wholesale customers about product availability and shipment tracking.\nCollaborating with the warehouse team to monitor order progress.\nPreparing reports, spreadsheets, and sales information as required. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has:\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.\nExperience in sales administration or a related field.\nProficiency in using office software and internal systems. \n\nIf you are interested in hearing more get in touch by emailing your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed)\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency.
