This role will support the administration and delivery of employee benefits programmes across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the UK, Ireland, and Poland.\n\nWorking closely with external vendors, payroll teams, pension providers, finance partners, and HR colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of benefits programmes while delivering an excellent employee experience.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality employee support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for benefits administration in designated EMEA countries, managing vendor relationships and supporting annual renewals.\nAdminister employee benefits programmes across the UK, Ireland, and Poland, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nManage and monitor shared benefits inboxes, responding to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.\nCoordinate with benefits vendors, pension providers, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless benefits delivery.\nProcess and manage benefits-related invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment.\nSupport annual benefits enrolment activities, including platform testing, employee communications, and onsite events.\nMaintain and update benefits communications, policies, procedures, and internal knowledge resources.\nAnalyse and reconcile benefits, payroll, and vendor reports, preparing summaries and insights for stakeholders.\nSupport third-party governance processes and vendor management activities.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.\nAssist with benefits-related projects and wider People Team initiatives as required.About You\n\nYou are a collaborative and proactive administrative professional with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
