Role Details Role: Assistant HR Advisor Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Circa £30,500 per annum Shift Pattern: Core working hours between Monday to Friday, typically, 08:00 – 16:00 but can be flexible on start and finish times Contract: Permanent Join Inspired Global Cuisine (IGC) Inspired Global Cuisine are a frozen ready meal manufacturer based in Gorton, East Manchester. We are an ambitious company who have grown significantly , now producing over 1million meals a week and have plans to continue to grow. This growth includes a re-location to a brand new 369 thousand square foot site in Chadderton, Oldham, investing in new systems and expanding our operations in the next year. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience looking to develop their career. As our new Assistant HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR function through this period of growth, including: • Supporting the roll-out and embedding of a new HR system, • Assisting with the transition to our new site in Oldham (must be able to travel to both Gorton and Oldham), • Providing HR administrative support, including:, • Payroll reporting, • Absence management and record keeping, • Producing HR reports and data analysis, • Supporting employee relations processes in line with policy and best practice, • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training administration We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in HR administration or advisory work, • Is confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office, • Has great attention to detail and is highly organised, • Is able to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment, • Is a strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner., • Wants to be involved, build relationships and learn new things to support business growth.
