Nursery Manager Angelschildcareuk Effectively support, lead and manage a small team of professional workers and to ensure outstanding practice at all times.
- Deliver high standards of care, education and support in the nursery.
- To ensure that the welfare and safety of children is paramount within the nursery .
- Follow and maintain the nursery’s Policies and Procedures , Curriculum.

- Maintain good communication between the staff team & Manager.
- Be an exemplary role model for the staff team, modelling how to deliver high quality childcare with high expectations from your team.
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Assist the manager in the nursery with the day to day running of the setting and admin tasks.
- Support the Nursery Manager with day the day running off the nursery floor and supporting the nursery routine.
- Ensure all children have access to resources, equipment, activities and learning opportunities to reach their full development and potential.
* Agree and set nursery goals and monitor the achievement of progress against targets.
- Be aware of any children in their care with special educational needs and disabilities and be proactive in ensuring appropriate action is taken to maintain and promote the welfare and development of those children within the nursery.
- You will be a role model to the team through passionately leading and managing the team.
-Ensure the provision is of the highest quality; providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centred environment catering for the children’s educational and developmental needs.
-Lead the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework , the curriculum and any other legal/statutory frameworks
-Lead the development & monitoring of high quality learning & teaching.
