Position: Reactive Maintenance & PPM Electrician (EICR & Testing) Location: South East London Start Date: ASAP Valoris Group Limited is partnering with a growing company to seek an experienced Reactive Maintenance & PPM Electrician with expertise in EICR Testing and Inspection. This opportunity is ideal for an electrical professional with strong experience in commercial environments covering both reactive fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Role Overview: As an agency representing a forward-thinking client Valoris Group Limited is looking for an electrician with solid experience in: • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), • Inspection and testing, • Reactive maintenance and emergency fault resolution Key Duties: • Perform thorough electrical testing including producing EICR reports on commercial electrical systems., • Diagnose faults and conduct repairs responding efficiently to reactive maintenance issues., • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance., • Ensure strict compliance with current electrical safety regulations., • Proven experience in EICR inspections testing reactive maintenance and PPM., • Strong understanding of electrical safety standards regulations and codes particularly within commercial environments., • 2391 qualification, • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills., • Work on diverse projects with a wide range of clients keeping your role dynamic and engaging., • Competitive salary plus door-to-door pay for travel time., • Accommodation provided when working away at no cost to you., • Monday to Friday, • Competitive salary reviewed after six months., • 21 days holiday plus public holidays (plus one extra day per year worked up to 25 days)., • KPI-based bonus system to boost monthly earnings., • Overtime paid at time-and-a-half and double time for weekends and nights., • 40 per evening spent working away with accommodation fully covered., • 50 for out-of-hours callouts plus double door-to-door pay., • Company van fuel card and personal mileage allowance., • Mobile phone uniform and PPE provided., • Performance reviews every six months to support career progression., • Pension scheme and additional employee benefits., • 500 referral bonus for recommending a friend or family member.
