The Role of a Food Runner is simple to aid the waiters/baristas and Front of House in delivering exceptional food and drinks to our customers. Role requires Washing up, food prep, any other duties that require. Responsibilities: • Serve food professionally and efficiently ensuring our guests have everything they need., • With training, have full and complete knowledge of all menus enabling you to help with any guest queries., • Carrying out daily duties as required by the cafe management team., • Directing any guest complaints to the cafe Manager/supervisor., • Ensuring that your knowledge of our offering is up to date in order to upsell to guests if the opportunity arises., • Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required cafe standards at all times., • Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations., • Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development.
