We are looking for a skilled Line Manager Consultant to join our team and support delegates in developing their management skills after attending our courses. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on leadership experience who can help learners apply their knowledge in real workplace situations. Responsibilities Provide post-course support to delegates with management questions and challenges. Help delegates navigate difficult workplace situations, including team performance, communication, and conflict. Work with delegates to understand their specific management context and provide practical, considered advice. Skills Proven experience managing teams or leading people in a professional setting. Strong understanding of core management principles, including delegation, feedback, motivation, and performance management. Ability to guide others through real-world leadership challenges with empathy and sound judgement.

Able to work in between customer services and kitchen
