  The role We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join us full-time at our Brooklyn HQ. This is an evening shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm–9pm. We're a small team and there's the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the business, from manufacturing to order fulfillment. You'll be working out of our sunny, spacious office in Bushwick. We keep things fun and casual, and it's a much better vibe than a typical warehouse environment (we promise). Compensation $45,000 per year salary, plus the opportunity for a bonus based on production output. All of our team members received bonuses last year. Schedule & Role Structure This role follows a Thursday through Monday schedule, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. You will open and close the building and fully lead the Saturday and Sunday operations, ensuring smooth execution and accountability across the outbound team. Compensation: $24 - $26 / hr based on experience Key Responsibilities Leadership & Accountability • Drive a high-performance culture by holding associates accountable for productivity, accuracy, and adherence to fulfillment standards., • Ensure associates are always working efficiently and making the best use of their time. Identify and address inefficiencies in real time., • Own the outbound workflow.
