Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing and leading our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding support and sales. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience. - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Foster a positive and productive team environment.
