Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing and leading our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to engage with your team and provide a fun work environment, team builders, ice breakers via zoom
  • Prior management, sales or a related field (preferred).
