Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing and leading our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding support and sales. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience. - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Foster a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar leadership role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks. - Ability to engage with your team and provide a fun work environment, team builders, ice breakers via zoom - Prior management, sales or a related field (preferred).
