Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times., • Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment., • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations., • Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow., • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management. Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment., • Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to cleanliness and hygiene., • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight., • Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is beneficial, but not always required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Dishwasher needed for a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dish area, taking out garbage, sweeping and mopping, and helping keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service. Must be dependable, hardworking, able to work quickly under pressure, and willing to assist the team wherever needed. Nights and weekends required.
