Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times., • Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment., • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations., • Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow., • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management. Even though we started as a Direct-to-Consumer & Retail Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), most of our customers are buying Ready-to-Eat at pop up events across Brooklyn. This year, we are entering our next phase of growth and have been selected by Smorgasburg to be a food vendor. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented kitchen crew members who care about quality, consistency, and moving with purpose. We currently operate out of a shared kitchen space and we're not a restaurant.
