Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00–6:00 PM (Sept–Dec, with possible extension)
We’re launching a new Afternoon Enrichment Program for children ages 3–8, blending fun with future-ready skills.
We’re looking for a versatile Afterschool Teacher Assistant who can support and occasionally lead activities across multiple areas, including:
Tutoring & Homework Help
Fitness & Movement
Bilingual Learning (Spanish)
Science & Engineering Lab
Arts Pod (visual art, drama, music)
Future Tech Builders (AI storytelling, coding, media)
Social Impact Corner (environment, animals, global cultures)
Communication & Performance (presentations, skits, storytelling)
Responsibilities
Pick up children from school (walking, same block).
Lead snack time and tutoring sessions.
Assist and help lead enrichment activities in the areas above.
Support classroom setup, transitions, and group management.
Step in as lead when needed, guiding activities with confidence.
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for kids.
Qualifications
Experience working with children ages 3–8.
Creative, proactive, and reliable.
Adaptable and comfortable with change.
Positive attitude and nurturing approach.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
English fluency required; Spanish a plus.
