Who you are: The Barback is an important partner to our Bar and Service teams and is responsible for ensuring that our Bar team has everything they need in order to create memorable moments of hospitality for our guests. The Barback is also responsible for keeping all components of the bar area clean, organized, and stocked. What you’ll do: • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, • Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests at the bar, • Stock the bar with necessary product and service tools, • Prepare necessary garnishes, syrups, juices, and/or batches, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the seating area, • Follows proper steps of service with grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service, • Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service, • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success What we need from you: • 2+ years experience as a Barback role in a full-service restaurant, • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required, • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, • Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. Who you are: An integral member of the restaurant’s Service team, the Bartender is a wealth of knowledge of all cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections and constantly delivers excellence and hospitality. The Bartender is responsible for production of all beverage orders coming from the dining room guests and must have a high level of food and menu knowledge to be able to support the team on the floor, answer questions from guests regarding beverage selections, and be a leader on the Service team. Bar Manager / Lead Mixologist Location: Deia Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager & Mixologist to take ownership of our bar program and elevate the guest experience. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and driving profitability through creativity and exceptional service. Responsibilities • Manage all daily bar operations and ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked., • Maintain accurate inventory, monitor product levels, and prevent shortages or excessive waste., • Develop and execute a profitable, seasonal cocktail program featuring unique and innovative signature drinks., • Analyze cocktail costs and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining quality., • Train and mentor bartenders on recipes, service standards, and upselling techniques., • Increase beverage sales through creative promotions and exceptional guest engagement., • Build relationships with vendors and assist with ordering and inventory management., • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
