Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
