Job Description Position Summary The Tea Barista prepares high-quality tea beverages, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation. This role requires strong product knowledge, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role contributes to Starbucks' success by assisting the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys baristas and delegates tasks so that they can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
