Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently to process transactions.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
5 years of experience as a barista is a must
Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Basic knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage options.
