Present a positive first impression of The Vaux Social’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Plot the seating of guests appropriately, spreading them out between servers’ sections. Greet guests upon arrival, communicate effectively with the staff, and bid guests farewell as they leave.

Must have experience supervising kitchen staff, managing workflow, providing leadership and training, maintaining health and safety protocols, estimating recipe cost calculations, streamlining menus, managing inventory + food costs, and ensuring all food consistently meets restaurant standards. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Food Handler’s Certificate required.
