Training for takeoff\n Your career starts with approximately seven weeks of immersive flight attendant training at our world-class headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. During training, you'll receive your base assignment and learn the safety procedures, customer service standards and operational skills needed to become a certified flight attendant. \n While training is unpaid, American is committed to supporting you throughout your journey.
