As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our culinary team has the necessary tools to deliver exceptional food experiences and uphold our high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times., • Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment., • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations., • Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow., • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management. Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment., • Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to cleanliness and hygiene., • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight., • Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is beneficial, but not always required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
