About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to serve as both an Executive Assistant and Business Development Representative. This unique role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage executive-level responsibilities while also driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties:
• Oversee and manage executive accounts, ensuring organization and efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Assist with business operations, reporting, and special projects as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Business Development & Marketing Duties:
• Identify and target new pain management physicians and personal injury attorneys.
• Secure meetings and build strong relationships to generate referrals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business for our pharmacy and funding company.
• Track outreach efforts, maintain a CRM database, and provide regular progress reports.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an executive assistant, business development representative, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
