Position Overview The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. The role We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join us full-time at our Brooklyn HQ. This is an evening shift, Monday through Friday, 3pm–9pm. We're a small team and there's the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the business, from manufacturing to order fulfillment. You'll be working out of our sunny, spacious office in Bushwick. We keep things fun and casual, and it's a much better vibe than a typical warehouse environment (we promise). Qualifications • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred., • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles., • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is desirable., • Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks, or similar design tools is advantageous., • Understanding of machining processes, fabrication techniques, and tooling applications., • Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks., • Ability to work effectively in an assembly line setting while maintaining quality control standards.
