Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bottle girls
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues on the spot
Manage table assignments, flow, and staff coverage
Oversee cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, training, and opening/closing duties
Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and security for smooth operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a bar, lounge, or nightclub management role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Familiarity with Williamsburg nightlife is a plus
🕗 Schedule: Primarily evening and late-night shifts
