We’re looking for a seasoned professional to serve as our in‑house expert and guide us through rapid growth, ensuring every protocol, checklist, and training module meets—or exceeds—industry best practices. What You’ll Do ● • Audit & refine SOPs – Review our specimen-handling, labeling, and home‑visit procedures; identify gaps and implement fixes. ● • Coach our team – Deliver hands‑on skills assessments and mentorship for new mobile phlebotomists. ● • Compliance leadership – Keep us aligned with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements; update documentation as regulations evolve. ● • Quality dashboards – Establish KPIs (first‑stick success rate, turnaround time, incident reports) and run monthly performance reviews. ● • Launch support – Advise on equipment specs, supply forecasting, and client‑site workflows as we expand into new territories. What You Bring ● • 10+ years frontline phlebotomy (hospital or high‑volume draw center); mobile/home‑care experience a plus. ● • Current CPT/LPT licensure (NY or PA preferred) and BLS certified. ● • Demonstrated success building or revamping phlebotomy programs—training curricula, QA systems, or startup consulting. ● • Clear, confident communicator who can translate regulations into actionable checklists. ● • Available 5–10 hrs/week for virtual meetings plus occasional on‑site visits (Bronx & Philly). Licensed Home health aide needed. License and references must be available.This job is in a private home In Eastchester new york. $20 an hour take home pay. Looking for an aide for Sat and Sun day shift 8am to 8pm. Also looking for and aide for Sat and Sun night shift 8pm to 8am. The evening shift must stay awake.No sleeping. Job requirements. Cleaning patient. Changing catheter bag. Overall just helping around the house. Patients are very competent and mostly independent. The Department of Psychiatry is seeking a Staff Associate II (study clinician) to join the research team of Pinciple Investigator (PI), Laura Mufson, PhD, and Co-PI Christa Labouliere, Ph.D.. The successful candidate will support many aspects of study implementation including: recruitment; informed consent/assent; baseline and follow-up assessments; maintaining ongoing contact with participants and families; providing study interventions & clinical support to them during study period; facilitating connection to ongoing services; and facilitating engagement/information exchange with the clinical sites at NYPH. Responsibilities include: Assist in identifying and assessing participant eligibility and assisting in conduct of consent/ assent meetings Conducting clinical risk assessments of the participants at baseline and follow-up assessments. Administer the C-SSRS to participants during assessment and as needed, along with supportive safety planning and clinical risk management activities. Providing clinical risk management coverage for research staff for assessments and participant communication. Assist in implementing study interventions for participants and provide clinical care for participants post-study as needed. Assist in case management for participants to ensure connection with outpatient services after study interventions are completed. Work collaboratively with the clinical services providing the study interventions and support care of participants. Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work. Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work is highly preferred. NYS licensure (or license eligible_ as a mental health clinician, such as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed mental health clinician (LMHC) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable interacting with diverse suicidal youth and their families in fast-paced emergency settings (with training and supervision) Able to effectively use Microsoft computer software (Word/Excel/Powerpoint), and REDCap At least 1-2 years of experience (could be during training or on the job) providing clinical care to adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders is preferred At least 1 year of clinical experience (could be during training or on the job) with adolescents, preferably in a crisis setting is preferred Experience conducting suicide risk assessments using standardized measures is preferred
