High proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Strong IT skills, including advanced MS Excel; experience with estimating software is a strong advantage.
