Looking for an Estimator to join our expanding General Construction team. The Estimator excels in bidding and securing highly profitable and feasibly constructible projects, employing pricing strategies geared towards maximizing profits, ensuring optimal cash flow, and preventing losses during construction. The Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates, coordinating bid documents, generating proposals, assessing labor productivity, obtaining subcontractor and vendor pricing, maintaining subcontractor and vendor relationships, providing owner estimates, and collaborating with the Executive team on project schedules and risk assessments.
