Job Description DEALER LIAISON Job Summary: The Dealer Liaison serves as the critical connection between our collision repair facility and partnering automobile dealerships. This role is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships, coordinating repair logistics, driving business volume through dealership channels, and ensuring both partner and customer satisfaction. A strong focus on meeting sales targets and growing referral business is essential to success in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Relationship Management:, • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with dealership staff and service departments., • Serve as the primary contact for dealerships regarding repair status, estimates, scheduling, and issue resolution., • Conduct regular dealership visits to maintain engagement, address concerns, and promote services., • Repair Coordination:, • Coordinate the intake and return of vehicles from/to dealerships., • Provide preliminary estimate for customer to capture the sales., • Ensure all documentation and repair authorizations are accurate and complete., • Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, production, parts) to meet agreed timelines., • Communication:, • Provide timely and professional updates on vehicle repair status and changes in repair scope., • Act as a liaison between dealership service advisors and shop departments., • Promptly address and escalate any issues or complaints., • Sales Goals & Performance:, • Drive growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly referral volume and revenue targets., • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Eli’s Collision Repair products, market differentiators, and the overall repair process to properly set expectations in capture scenarios as well as to help potential customers determine their ideal option., • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing dealership partners., • Track performance metrics related to dealer-generated repairs and report on trends and opportunities., • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and execution plans., • Administrative Support:, • Maintain accurate records of dealer communications, vehicle status, and sales performance., • Assist with scheduling, pickup/delivery coordination, and administrative tracking., • Monitor and support process compliance and quality standards., • Customer Service:, • Assist dealership customers directly when necessary, ensuring a smooth and positive experience., • Represent the shop’s brand and service quality in all dealer and customer interactions. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)., • 2+ years of experience in the automotive, collision repair, dealership, or sales-related field., • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals or performance targets., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills., • Results-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • Familiarity with collision repair processes and insurance industry is a plus., • Experience with shop management software (CCC, Mitchell, etc.) preferred. Working Conditions: • Primarily on-site at the assigned dealership with travel to local assigned dealerships., • Fast-paced environment with frequent coordination across departments., • Requires occasional driving, standing, and light lifting.
