Job Description We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee operations at two plant nursery locations in Sylmar and Gardena. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for growing, maintaining, and selling high-quality plant stock. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations at both nursery locations, • Oversee growing, fertilizing, maintaining, and selling of nursery stock, • Ensure plant quality, inventory accuracy, and proper care practices, • Lead, train, and supervise nursery staff, • Apply knowledge of popular, high-demand plants in Southern California, • Support sales efforts and provide product expertise to customers, • Maintain efficient workflows and organized nursery environments Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of management experience, • At least 10 years of experience in the nursery or horticulture industry, • Strong knowledge of plant care, growing cycles, and inventory management, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, • Ability to travel between Sylmar and Gardena locations, • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in an outdoor nursery setting If you have strong nursery leadership experience and are looking for a stable, full-time management role, please apply!
