Facilitate participant referrals and admissions by collecting information via telephone or in- person. Update participant demographic information in the electronic health record information. Collect and reconcile payments from participants, where applicable following established procedures. Be a point of contact for participant and visitor questions, providing answers directly or directing them to the right resource. Provide Metrocards to eligible participants.
