
The Nest is seeking a sharp, driven, and highly organized Kitchen Manager to take ownership of our back-of-house operations in Williamsburg. In this role, you aren’t just watching the line—you are running the business of the kitchen. You will be directly responsible for maintaining food cost targets, supervising inventory, and leading a high-performing team to deliver perfect consistency. If you are an experienced lead cook looking for a major step up, or an assistant kitchen manager looking for a vibrant concept to call home, we want to hear from you.
Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume fast-casual or polished-casual kitchen (e.g., Lead Line Cook, Shift Lead, or Assistant KM).
