
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our law firm’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical assistance to attorneys while ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and file legal documents and correspondence
Manage attorneys’ calendars, appointments, and deadlines
Handle client communications and phone calls professionally
Organize and maintain legal files and records
Assist with court filings and document submissions
Perform general administrative and office duties
Requirements:
Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
Excellent communication and attention to detail
