This role requires strong station organization, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining food quality, accuracy, and speed. Responsibilities · Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portions, and quality standards. · Cook proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces using wok techniques as needed. · Set up and maintain the PM line with proper mise en place, labeling, and restocking. · Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature, and storage standards. · Complete closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, labeling, and end-of-shift restock. · Communicate low stock, quality issues, or equipment problems to the manager. · Support teammates with prep, packing, dishwashing, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
