Don Rique is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant, bar, and event operations. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven operator who has successfully managed high-volume restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, or hospitality concepts and can take full ownership of daily operations. The Sushi Chef is a self-starter and team player with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and can handle a high volume of orders.
