This role combines paid, hands-on sanitation work ($18/hour, 4–15 hours per week) with the chance to earn tracked community service hours through optional volunteer projects. You’ll not only get reliable after-school pay, but also build leadership skills, strengthen your resume, and make a real impact in your neighborhood. Helpers will gain experience in real-world environmental work, campaign strategy, and community accountability; all while helping set a new standard for what youth leadership looks like in New York City. QUALIFICATIONS • Current high school or college students encouraged to apply (ages 14–19 welcome).
