A social worker evaluates the child and writes a personalized plan for the mentor to use in their care. The mentor works closely under the social worker to help the child reach the self-improvement goals in their plan. For students of education, psychology, social work and related fields, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on paid experience in your field of study. Requirements:
Must be legally able to work in the US
Must have a high school diploma; BS/BA is a bonus with higher pay Must have experience working with kids, at least 2 years (babysitting, camp counseling, tutoring, etc can all count)
Must be warm, dependable and passionate about helping children grow!
