We are in need of a Human Resources Manager to lead our strategic HR initiatives to foster a thriving, engaged, and compliant workforce. In this role, you will oversee the Human Resources Department, ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals and legal standards. Your expertise will drive talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design, creating a positive work environment where employees can excel and grow. About the Role In this role, you will oversee the Human Resources Department, ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals and legal standards. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives and promote organizational growth., • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent., • Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, performance management, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities., • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning., • Manage benefits administration, payroll processing through systems like Workday or ADP, and HRIS data collection for accurate record-keeping., • Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively, managing change initiatives, and promoting positive communication across teams., • Drive workforce management strategies including organization design, succession planning, and project management to optimize operational efficiency. Required Skills • At least 3 years of proven experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, ADP, BambooHR, Veem, and other HR system., • At least 2 years of HR experience in the financial service industry preferred., • Demonstrated expertise in employment law, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing tools., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict resolution and foster a collaborative work environment., • Strong project management skills with experience in strategic planning, change management, and organizational design., • Proficiency in HR software platforms., • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous data entry and record accuracy. Preferred Skills • Advanced certifications such. Microsoft Office Suite, Management Skills, Ability to articulate ideas.
