Part-Time In-Office Office Assistant / Scheduler
We’re a growing service company in Great Neck looking for a reliable male or female office assistant.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2.00 PM. And 12 to 5 pm
Location: In-office only
Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers and scheduling appointments
  • Communicating with field technicians/workers
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Posting on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Processing customer payments over the phone
  • General office and administrative support
    Must be friendly, organized, and comfortable communicating with both customers and field staff.
    Experience with Outlook and social media is a plus.
