Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The Packaging Associate will be responsible for assembling, labeling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to follow instructions carefully, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company instructions.
  • Verify that product labels, quantities, and packaging materials are correct.
  • Prepare completed products for storage, pickup, or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packaging area.
  • Follow company procedures and quality-control standards.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving packaging materials.
  • Identify and report damaged products, incorrect labels, or packaging errors.
  • Complete repetitive packaging tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Support general warehouse and assembly duties as needed.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in packaging, warehouse work, assembly, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds when needed.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
